SwiftClaims is a platform that facilitates the insurance claims process. We do not provide insurance coverage or make decisions regarding the approval or denial of claims. All claim determinations are made by the respective insurance providers. SwiftClaims serves as an intermediary to streamline the claims submission and processing workflow.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our service, you are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information when submitting claims
Taking responsibility for all activities under your account
Ensuring that all documents and evidence submitted are genuine and not fraudulent
Promptly responding to requests for additional information from insurance providers or SwiftClaims

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. SwiftClaims reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates these provisions.
By submitting content to our platform, you grant SwiftClaims a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, create derivative works from, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent that your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts
